Our mission
At THE PARK, we are passionate about empowering all athletes to realize their potential by overcoming mental and physical challenges through the art of movement. We teach the sport of free-running, parkour, martial arts tricking and ninja warrior in a safe and fun environment.

Birthday Parties
Celebrate your birthday with a Parkour or Ninja Warrior Party! Come play in our new gym of padded goodness for two hours! Climb across the obstacle course like in Ninja Warrior or learn some new flips and tricks.

Classes
All of our classes run on an 8 week program. 6 weeks of different focuses week 7 is review week and week 8 is our assessment week. During week 8 students will be given the opportunity to move into the next level!

Camps
Do something different with your Spring or Summer. Come check out The Park Spring & Summer camps where athletes will learn how to run up walls, vault over obstacles, swing through the bars, and flip over friends. Daily activities to include a mix of parkour, trampoline skills, Ninja warrior inspired obstacles (warped wall, quintuple step), Ninja Zone, and tumbling skills.

Get to know the parkour community and GROW as an Athlete as we travel the West Coast from WA, OR, CA and AZ. With Athletes competing within their age category starting with:
Youth Division: 7-9 | 9-12
Teens: 13-17
Adults: 18+Ask your coach about try-outs and put your practice to the test!

Kids Night Out
Calling all Kids! Ditch your parents and come run, jump, and play on our bars, air track and obstacle courses. Practice your parkour, free running, and ninja warrior skills. Kids Night Out includes yummy pizza and supervision by our certified parkour coaches. There is no instruction offered during this open gym time, we reserve that for class time. All participants must have a waiver signed by parent or guardian.
Kids night out is the last Saturday of the month. Pizza only served on kids night out. We will still be holding open gym every Saturday night from 6:00-8:30pm

Drop N Shop (Open Gym)
Drop the kids off at the park for some playing & training! Coaches will provide a fun & safe environment for the kids to make friends, train skills, or just have some fun! Coaches will run games, help kids use equipment properly, and make sure kids know certain techniques to keep themselves safe as they jump, climb, bounce, and tumble.
